The title says it all! This book is written very clearly and sensibly and lays out an easy-to-follow training plan. It doesn’t try to problem-solve every contingency, but as a basic book I love it. I wish I could just put it in the hands of a number of clients and have them read it then I’d hardly even need to show up!
