Adult Medium-Size Playgroup
Enjoy a half-hour of socialization, exercise and playtime in the company of other medium-breed dogs between 30-50 lbs! Some of the agility equipment and toys are at your disposal, great music and free fair trade coffee. Playgroup is off-leash for up to six dogs.
Best of all, one of our trainers is always present to offer tips on socialization, interactions, and to answer any questions. However, this is NOT a training session. This is for already socialized dogs. Dogs attending must be approved by a trainer in a group class. Dogs must be over eight months and must be neutered or spayed to attend any playgroup. For more information see zoomroom.com.
Woof, Walk & Yappy Hour!
Join us each week for a walk in Santa Cruz! Each week is a different locale and then we go to a dog-friendly restaurant for Yappy Hour. Our walks are adventures, many in places local dog owners didn’t know about! We walk for about an hour and a half and then go eat. Please email to get on the mailing list to find out about each week’s walk. More upcoming events will be happening such as whale watching, movies with your dog, music, etc! Contact Woofers & Walkers at 831.427.0350 or whitneywilde@sbcglobal.net.

Small dogs (under 20 lbs). No cost, no commercial intent, just fun and exercise. The Saturday walk is a loyal group. We’ve had up to 25 dogs even on rainy days; on a fair weather Saturday we have 50+ dogs and 75+ people. At Ocean Beach, we meet across from the Beach Chalet Restaurant on the beach close to the water. We walk north from there, because the legal off-leash area ends just south of there. There is plenty of parking, and the area is well served by MUNI. See our website atforthedogs.net and our Yahoo Group at groups.yahoo.com/group/SmallDogsSF/
