The Alameda Business Association is sponsoring a July 4th parade from Lincoln High School to the Alameda by the Theatre area. Need something fun to do with your dog on the 4th. of July? Join us in the annual neighborhood Rose,White And Blue Parade. Add to your participation by volunteering to help carry our Society banner at the head of the marching Hounders and their happy, tailing wagging (and barking) best buddies. Include your whole family. Kids( of all ages) LOVE being parade banner carriers! This is easy and fun. All our wonderful volunteer(s) need to do is: Arrange to pick up our banner in advance of the parade day (see below*) Be on time and in our assignment place the morning of the parade (July 4th.) so other Hounders know where to rally; Carry our banner with pride ( waving, smiling , possibly a bark here and there :>) Enjoy the always fabulous street fair at the end of the parade; Return the banner .
